1. Service Agreement

By engaging Vows of Bliss Digital ("Company"), you agree to these terms for wedding planning and related services. Services include consultation, vendor coordination, timeline management, and digital invitation services.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are established per individual contracts. Initial consultation fees are non-refundable. Final payments are due 30 days prior to event date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 90 days prior: 50% refund. Cancellations 30-90 days: 25% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days: no refund. Force majeure events are handled case-by-case.

4. Liability Limitations

Company liability is limited to service fees paid. We are not responsible for vendor failures, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Event insurance is recommended.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom designs and digital content created remain Company property until final payment. Client may use for personal event only. Commercial use requires separate licensing.

6. Modifications

Terms may be updated with 30 days notice. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
